They genuinely could not give two chucks in here, as is evident on the appearance. Is this one of the boots that is being closed down hence the lack of care? To pick up a prescription a week after ordering you'll have to turn up about three times before it's ready. The staff don't care and when questioned on it they get very defensive, when asked is it best to go to another boots they laughed and said they're worse. The only redeeming factor was the last time I was in there was two new staff who seemed to have a system in place, however I think they were temp. Shame really, the place needs to be run with energy as a lot of old people rely on it. Boots - get your act together.

The most dirty pharmacy I ever seen.I m just sorry I have an old phone with rubbish camera which doesn't really show he dirty health/safety hazard the pharmacy is...I doubt someone mopped or washed the floors/dusted the shelves in long time...God only knows what is in the backroom storage area if the front pharmacy looked like that.....

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever seen. Rude, unfriendly and slow. They don’t care at all and seem always busy where clearly they are not ! You feel they are not happy to work here and it’s overflowing to the customers. Bad experience each time I step in.

Extremely rude and unfriendly. I was the only customer around and 2 staffs. Stood at the till to enquire but was ignored for several minutes. I just left the shop. Don't even bother going there. Saving grace is they have a good location but that's about it really.

far better boots than henleaze, great staff, organised, short wait times, well stocked shop thanks

Friendly, helpful but very slow - only a single till/queue for both retail items and prescriptions. There is now no Saturday opening and currently not opening between 1 and 2 PM - this makes it difficult for working people.

Nice small little chemist beginning of Southmead Rd. Q's still in operation so may have to wait as limited to 3 people inside only. Do not hold a massive stock of items but the basics are more than adequate.

Really awful service. Bad communication and little to no effort from staff. If you have a prescription sent over by doctors outside of normal prescriptions forget this place they won't have it.

Surprisingly really unhelpful. Rang up to ask for an overlap in pill deliveries for my mother, so that instead of her running out every month and having no pills to take for one or two days, there is a delivery in the week before to provide ongoing access to pills. The pharmacist said no. I wasn't given a chance to explain that I am a registered carer for my mother, who has dementia, and that I have lasting power of attorney for health and welfare. It seems strange that I am allowed to pick up prescriptions for my mother, with no proof of identity checked, but I'm not allowed to ask for a delivery date to be moved by a couple of days. I've now had to write to her GP to intervene on my behalf... surely not a good use any GP's time.
