   The staff used to be lovely & helpful but short staffed. Now they seem to have lots of staff but with no one doing anything. Prescriptions aren't ready even after 2 weeks, they are ignoring the phone ringing and even when you eventually get your prescription items are missing. They were even talking about shutting early because one of them felt like it. Would rate them 0 if I could.

   I am aware the staff are very busy but waited 30 mins to be served. My prescription request was put in 10 days previously and was quite a simple request. The lady who served me just said we don't have any go somewhere else. I had not been rude to her in anyway just asked if my prescription was ready.

   Second trip today to collect my prescription and left empty handed, again... first time because they closed early on Saturday due to STAFF PROBLEMS... Second time because items not ready even though the prescription was sent to them three days ago. The guy behind the counter DID explain that prescriptions take 3 days to reach them from twenty feet away on the other side of the wall... shocking excuse. At least half a dozen people queuing in front of me were also turned away empty handed... utterly appalling.... sort yourselves out Lloyds.

   Tried to collect a prescription at 9am, but chemist was closed despite staff being inside. Knocked for 5 mins and eventually a member of staff came out and told me the pharmacist hadn’t showed up today so couldn’t have my medication. They had downloaded my presentation so it had to be collected from this store, but couldn’t. Very rude member of staff who spoke to me as if I was the problem. Avoid
