   Rude chap serving kept asking me ‘if it was urgent’, to which I replied twice with ‘yes’, otherwise I wouldn’t have been there. It wasn’t ready so I asked if it could be done in 30 minutes (a lady just before me handed over a prescription and she was initially told it’s a 15 minute wait, before he corrected it to 30 minutes), he said no because they had loads of prescriptions to process! Bearing in mind that the prescription was sent to them the day previously and I hadn’t just gave them the prescription, why did he tell the lady in front of me it would be 30 minutes and me to just wait until a text was received? Terrible customer service and organisation on their part.

   I was helping a friend move house and he has a cat. I am allergic to cats so I needed something that would help me deal with the reaction. I went to West Hill Pharmacy and the gentleman working there was genuinely kind and helpful. He listened to what I needed and recommended piriton. It worked almost straight away and honestly made a huge difference. It is a very effective antihistamine and I could feel the relief within minutes. The pharmacy itself was quick to serve me and the place was clean and organised which made the experience even better. It felt like they really care about their customers and know what they are talking about. I left feeling a lot more comfortable and grateful for the advice. I would definitely go back.

   A while ago they were struggling with the increased demand and shortage of staff. Now they have reorganised, got a much more efficient computer system and increased their staffing. My prescriptions are now processed quickly with a text telling me it is ready, collection is also now quick and efficient.

   I typically use Pharmacy2U online for repeat prescriptions but I was issued a paper prescription yesterday that I was unable to fulfil same day because I didn't have my exemption card with me. Went to West Hill Pharmacy for the first time ever this morning as it turns out they were the only pharmacy open. Well staffed with the staff attentive to the queue and people's needs. I was told they may not have the item on my prescription but less than 10 minutes later (estimated as I didn't have a watch on) they called me over as it was ready. Very pleased.

   Never answer the phone. Tried calling every half an hour for 5 hours about a missing item. Just kept ringing and ringing. I had a colleague try to call as well and still no answer. I couldn't physically go there due to work circumstances. Delivery is usually on the correct date though, so that's something at least. Even if it wasn't complete.

   I had a chance to speak to "manager of all pharmacies" there regarding waiting 30 minutes to collect two prescriptions even though people coming later were waiting to have their prescription ready much sooner. These prescription were sent day before but they "didn't have it" and had to go there twice despite they were sent there by pharmacy. She was very rude and said I can go elsewhere.
