I saw Mr Gordon twice and he recommended a course of action which my health cover was fine with but at a hospital my private health wouldn’t cover. Subsequent attempts to contact him to ask next steps have met with silence. After trying for several months, I had to return to my GP for advice and she has been forced to refer me through the NHS
