This is not about staff and service. They are very busy at times and are compelled to follow exacting procedures. I went to buy Sudafed Blocked Nose Spray from there today and was staggered by the price of £8.50 as near as could be. The same product is priced by Tesco and similar at £4.75 Surely charging almost double is erroneous .

Absolutely brilliant staff, led really well by Debbie. Fantastic service levels and a joy to deal with, particularly if one is feeling unwell and at one's lowest ebb. Nothing is too much trouble and, as well as being extremely efficient (even when under January 2021's colossal pressure), there's always a smile, a 'can-do' attitude and their communication skills are first-rate. Absolutely useless!!! There an hour and a half before finding out they don't even have a prescription ready after a week!!! And wouldn't sell me an over the counter product! RUDE
