Wasn’t sure what to expect, but we had a great time here. The entrance fee isn’t much, and the drinks were pretty well priced (1 vodka shot for 4.45). It was a lot more spacious than expected, and each room offered something different musically (also found all the music to be great). Bartenders were all very polite, and I had no negative interaction with the bouncers . My only grievance would be with the Photo Booth. The camera is just not centered relative to the seat and not a single photo turned out good because of this. Not worth the £5.

I’m writing on here in regard to an incident that occurred at Labyrinth nightclub on 29.08.25. In the queue, there was a young lady who was openly voicing how she was highly under the influence of both alcohol and drugs. She repeatedly fell to the ground and had to be helped up by others in the queue whom she didn’t know. This was reported to three people, including the red-vested “welfare” officers. This officer said that she would have to wait until she was at the front of the queue in order to qualify for being safely assisted in getting home as there was “nothing he could do”. It was then mentioned to both the bouncer of the nightclub and a lady scanning tickets. They said that they would help her but after a measly test of walking in a straight line she was admitted into the club. Inside she was slumped on a chair drinking who knows what before we finally saw her getting kicked out. Rather than caring about the safety of this young girl, they made her pay for entry before kicking her out (we don’t know if they assisted her in getting home safely or if she was left to her own devices after being removed). For a club who we have seen advertise their commitment to safety, we were very disappointed to witness this and worried for the girl and any other people who this happens to.

Booked a VIP table for a hen party. All the staff were really friendly and the drag hosts made our night. The club was very responsive to my booking request and was easy to arrange. We all thoroughly enjoyed our evening with bingo, karaoke and dancing!

Me and my cousin were hunting for a club and stumbled across Labyrinth. What caught our eye? The owner’s savage sarcastic replies to reviews – we just had to see what kind of place this was. Turns out, it’s amazing! Great vibe, super friendly staff, and we even met a cool Polish security guy who made the night even better. Totally worth the curiosity trip!

I was having a lovely night for my hen do until the bouncers absolutely ruined it. One bouncer asked me to drink my drink downstairs or give it up. I said I would head back down - happy to do so - he took my drink out my hand and threw it away. I said that wasn’t acceptable and asked for his name. He and all the other bouncers would not give his name. A female bouncer then man handled me out the area, really hurting me & causing bruising, despite me already being out the bar complex. All of this is on audio and video fortunately so will make an official complaint - what a shame for my hen to end that way! Never had such a bad experience and I’m 34 & it was a family hen do - hardly a wild one!! Edited in response to below & his other responses: Yes I was going down the stairs slowly due to them being steep, my dress having a train & holding a full red drink in a white dress! No one was trying to come up or down and there was no blockage. The bouncer was incredibly impatient & nasty. I was never offered his badge number. Another bouncer said he couldn’t share his name because the guy is more senior than him and agreed he was a prick (he said this isn’t the first occasion). He wouldn’t let us have a photo of him or his badge and made multiple attempts to duck and hide away. If his behaviour was acceptable and he knew it was on cctv why would that be the case? The manager who has responded below swore at my friend & refused to speak to any of us until he heard one of the girls mention reviews! The lady said she worked at the club so I can only presume below is another lie. The AI reviews for this club mention the rude bouncers and I only wish we had checked them before we came. So not to tarnish everyone with the same brush I will say the DJ was a lovely guy. Loved all the shoutouts and him calling me out to DJ. Hopefully he can find a better club to work at & we will visit him there!

Labyrinth made my birthday! I have to say that the level of genuine enthusiasm and respect that the manager John gives to those who visit the club - is outstanding. I approached John explaining that it was my birthday, John immediately sought to make it a good night for me and my party. Throughout the night the staff were pleasant and the overall vibes of the club were great! The club has two dance floors with a variety of different genres that cater for all. I highly recommend it.

I love this club one of the best in Bath. Bouncers are fair most of the time I've had a misunderstanding before but I understand why they did what they did, music is always good and is very rarely a bad vibe in there it's a great club for students and young people. Only thing I could ask they improved on is one dj ( normally on a Saturday night) doesn't let songs play through and often cuts out beat drops, this can be a bit frustrating but other than that a great Club.

Honestly I do not understand why one would go to this venue. It is quite notorious in Bath and surrounding areas with their rude and egotistic bouncers, yelling at their customers because they feel like, and apparently the management cannot take any criticism and replies toxic comments to customers’ complaints. I understand this is very stressful work what you do, but it is what you chose to do. So your own choice doesn’t mean you can use your power against people, especially the doormen. In fact, one doesn’t even have to visit to observe the ‘toxicity’ you can just scroll down and read the comments, and the business’ replies to comments. Very disrespectful towards feedback and taking customers for granted.

I feel as a resident of bath it is my duty to let everyone know how dangerous this venue is. 2 very simple points to make, when people drink alcohol you assume in a licensed venue with licensed security, that you're in safe hands, that the environment is secure with staff that care, staff that will be concerned for your general wellbeing, and administer first aid if necessary. Unfortunately not only do they not care they’re actually the ones who use force and violence, praying on drunk people, who have been lulled into the illusion that Labyrinth is a respectable establishment. Choose your venues wisely, because when all is said and done and the payments have cleared, will these people care about you or your friends, the answer is no!
