   I don't normally post reviews but this time I had to say something. I was assigned to a therapist named John who turned out to be a scammer, who lied about having finished his studies. Once his trick was discovered, he disappeared out of nowhere. Nobody told me what was going on for weeks, I just found myself suddenly without a therapist and without any sort of explanation. Instead of taking the matter into action and prioritize my wellbeing, Phoenix Counselling went silent. I found myself chasing FOR WEEKS to get assigned to a new therapist, without any success. Every time I call or message it's either no response or a dismissive answer such as "we will call you on X day" (which obviously, never happens). I regret starting a healing journey my Phoenix, and I regret giving you some my money in the first place to pay for the initial sessions. Now I have to re-start from scratch, anywhere but here really. Please do not waste your time with this organization. They are really poorly disorganized and were a huge disappointment.

2. No No ★☆☆☆☆

   We were not able to even go to this clinic, my mother booked me for an appointment and then we’re told I was not able to go as it was Easter holidays. After Easter holiday had finished we had still not gotten to go and was told the counsellor was off work or fully book (I forgot). We were waiting for ages and did not recieve treatment in the end. Bad experience I don’t recommend.
