I recently visited Send Therapy Rooms for the first time and, unfortunately, I must share my disappointment with the experience. While the salon itself seemed clean and welcoming, I encountered an issue with the owner Sophia that significantly impacted my overall impression. Upon arriving, I parked my car in what I believed to be a designated parking spot. However, it seems that my parking was not to the owner's liking. Instead of kindly informing me about the issue, the owner approached me with a rude and condescending tone. This confrontation left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, even before stepping inside the salon. I understand that parking can be a sensitive matter for businesses, but it is crucial for owners and staff to handle such situations professionally and courteously. A simple, polite request would have sufficed, and I would have gladly moved my car to a more suitable spot. As a potential long-term customer, I was disheartened by the lack of professionalism displayed. While the salon services provided by other practitioner might be satisfactory, the owner's attitude towards clients is a considerable drawback. Edit 2: Firstly, I would like to confirm that my practitioner, Varvara Constantine Aesthetics, was extremely professional and made every effort to make me feel comfortable during my treatment. I have no complaints or concerns regarding her services. However, I must bring to your attention the unacceptable behavior of the owner of the establishment. When I arrived, I admit that I might not have parked my car correctly, but the owner demanded that I move my car in a very rude manner. This was not a nice way to start my experience at Sent Therapy. Moreover, when the owner saw that I had my child with me, she went inside and was very unkind to Varvara Constantine Aesthetics, telling her that she was not happy with me having my child with me. I was waiting at the door and could hear the entire conversation. I want to make it clear that I was not planning on taking my child into the treatment room, only the waiting area. However, it was so cold in the waiting area that I had no choice but to leave her in the car. I feel that it is unacceptable for a place that claims to have "high standards" to have no heating in the waiting area. The way the situation was handled by the owner made me feel very uncomfortable during my entire visit. My practitioner has assured me that she will not use Sent Therapy rooms in the future, and I will not have to come into this unwelcoming and hostile environment again. I hope that you will take this complaint seriously and address the issue as soon as possible. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism. The owner should be treating both the practitioners and their clients with the utmost care and consideration.
Such a beautiful clinic. I have had treatments here and also used this room as an aesthetic nurse. The premises is clean, perfectly situated and my clients who have visited me there have throughly enjoyed the lovely, comfortable rooms and welcoming atmosphere.
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent experience at your clinic. During our last visit, I was smoking by my car in open carpark and my girlfriend’s aesthetician who was supposed to do a treatment to my girlfriend, was approached by the owner I believe Sophia , and scolded about my self for smoking in the parking area and complaining that I am not the type of client she is looking for ( which obviously was kind of harassment for me). I was surprised by their behavior, as there were no signs indicating that smoking was prohibited in that area. I understand that smoking is not healthy and can be harmful to others, but I believe that your staff member's approach was rude and unprofessional. As a healthcare provider, I expect your clinic to prioritize the wellbeing and comfort of your clients, and this includes treating them with respect and understanding. The owner’s behavior made me feel disrespected and invalidated, and it has left me with a negative impression of your clinic. I believe that a more empathetic and understanding approach could have been taken, especially since there were no signs indicating that smoking was not allowed in the area. I hope that in the future, your clinic will take a more respectful and professional approach towards your clients. I also suggest that you consider putting up signs indicating that smoking is not allowed in certain areas to avoid any confusion or misunderstandings.
I use Send Therapy Rooms for my counselling practice which works well for me as it gives me the flexibility here to rent a room as and when I need. The decor is perfect and the setting tranquil with plenty of customer parking. Would highly recommend.
I can't recommend Sophia highly enough for permanent make up procedures. She has the highest standards of expertise and care and the results of treatment are amazing.
