   I have had a number of therapists over the years, but Penny has been the one that I really connected with and felt comfortable with. She created such a safe and judgement free space which allowed me to share and discuss things with her that I hadn't ever felt able to before. The person I was before starting my sessions with Penny, and the person I have grown to be after our time together, are quite different. Penny helped me find some compassion for myself which has helped me build a better relationship with myself and others. I would definitely recommend Penny to anyone looking to start therapy, and I will most definitely be returning to her when I decide to have further therapy in the future.

   Penny is such a fantastic therapist, my sessions with her always felt like speaking to a friend. She really put me at ease. She was always able to help me see things from a different perspective, and ultimately helped me to feel much, much better about myself as a person as well as giving me so much helpful and actionable advice. She began by asking me what I wanted out of therapy and I feel she always kept that in mind. I wouldn't hesitate to use her services again and would recommend her in a heartbeat.
