   I have been seeing Jan for my back pain and he has been really great. He ran me through a range of different exercises and stretches, correcting my posture for each of these and helping to build on my existing knowledge. Jan is versatile in his approach and is very knowledgeable, which he demonstrates through his many different techniques. He also took the time to explain the science behind my injury, which helped me understand how to best manage it. He has been very generous with his time, making sure to answer all my questions and to also provide me with reassurance in the process. I would highly recommend Jan, thank you so much!

   Jan saw me a few weeks ago. I had a very bad back spasm and could hardly move. I contacted him out of hours and he immediately responded and fitted me in. He treated me and sorted out the problem. He did not just look at resolving the existing pain, he spent time examining the underlying cause that had created it and I have to say that since seeing him I feel completely fixed. He has given me exercises to do via an app that is very intuitive and easy to follow, such a bonus! Jan takes time to listen and understand the problem at hand, unlike other physios who just look at the clock.. He is incredibly knowledgeable and his attention to detail is incredible. I would not hesitate to recommend him. He is friendly, approachable and a true professional. I am very glad to have such a great physio in Croxley Green! About time!

   I would recommend Livewell Physiotherapy to anyone with joint problems during and after pregnancy. I came to Jan with hip pain shortly after giving birth which was so bad that it was even painful to turn over in bed and made me walk with a limp. Jan was quickly able to identify the problem and provide simple exercises to resolve it. After just one session with Jan there was a massive improvement and following the second session the pain has completely gone. He is a highly knowledgeable physiotherapist and will have you back to doing your usual activities in no time at all!

   Jan has done an excellent job with my trapped sciatic nerve! Just after one session, there is an enormous progress and I am pain free. I am so glad that I found someone local and professional. Booking an appointment is really easy, I called up and he managed to book me in the following day, despite it being Sunday. I can highly recommend!
