   I came to Lesley for hypnotherapy before having my c section. I had never had surgery before and had feared it all my life. Finding out I was having major surgery was scary but Lesley put my mind at ease through our hypnotherapy session, she provided audio clips to listen to prior to the surgery. On the day I was calm and prepared, and I felt weirdly relaxed...I am pretty sure this is because of the hypnotherapy and the visualisation I did with her. I really recommend her to anyone wanting a shift in mindset for anything you may be going through! She has a very calm presence and empathetic approach.

   Lesley was welcoming and put me at ease straight away. The room she works from is relaxing with a view of the garden. Lesley explained what she was going to do at each stage and how it would work focusing on a positive outcome and removing the negative thoughts. I went to see lesley regarding cravings for sugar and eating it constantly. I have really noticed a change and am able to stop myself now when I have had a small amount as my brain is signalling I am full or eaten enough. I would highly recommend and will definitely go back if I need to.

   Lesley Cooper Hypnotherapy. Lesley is welcoming, friendly... Makes you feel at ease and comfortable, I felt like I was with a good friend. I felt very relaxed, very soon after our first session commenced, any doubts or anxiety dissappeared very soon. I had a few habits I needed help to break, my sessions were tailored for my needs. I was really receptive to Lesley's therapy and it has had such a positive impact on how I'm dealing with my issues. Lovely lady, great hypnotherapy, lovely location.

   I was nervous about trying hypnotherapy because I didn't know what to expect and I wasn't sure it would work on me but I knew it definitely wouldn't work unless I was fully committed so I booked in and promised myself I would really trust the process. I have now completed 4 sessions with Lesley and I can honestly say it has been the best decision I have made over the last couple of years. Lesley has really helped me overcome the various hurdles I have faced. I am feeling completely refreshed and in a much happier mindset. If you have tried other therapies and not made progress then I would really recommend you try a session with Lesley

   I had such a positive experience with Lesley during our sessions and would highly recommend her without hesitation. Before we began any sessions, Lesley talked me through how she worked and what could be achieved. She immediately put me at ease as I was not sure what to expect when I first got in touch with her. Lesley immediately came across as warm and easy to speak with and this made for a very comfortable start to our sessions. (She really is so lovely!) Lesley was able to help me identify key issues for us to tackle in a really methodical and focussed way (rather than all at once which is what I had been trying to do... fairly unsuccessfully!) By the end of our sessions, I felt that I had gained not only the confidence to do things differently but also, through the hypnosis and exercises we did together, a simple yet highly effective toolkit to make the various, positive changes I wanted to in various aspects of my life. Wonderful!
