I spent all the morning looking around for a nice waterproof jacket, went in few different store where the staff was useless...nobody gave me help. I went in Trespass and the staff is really professional and helpful. Zack was really kind! Taking and putting back all the jacket i was trying, giving me the right info needed for the best choice. Really recommend!
Huge kudos and big thanks to Steve who was utterly exceptional when it came to helping myself and my husband with picking out some snow shoes for our upcoming trip to Norway. We phoned up that morning asking if that had any stock in of snowshoes and that we would try to pop over later that afternoon. We got there about 4pm & Steve had very kindly put a pile of 10ish pairs of shoes in our sizes aside for us to try on. We made absolute carnage of the back of the shop with trying on all the odd bits but nothing was too much trouble for him. He price matched another Trespass store we had been at earlier in the week and he was just so good. Amazing customer service, thank you Steve.
I picked a flask from the "sales" shelf. At the counter, the manager told me that he is not selling the item for that price after all. How unprofessional...
I had the pleasure of going into the Bristol store to be served by Simon. Simon was one of the most helpful and knowledgable staff members i've had the pleasure of being served by. I was after 2 new skiing jackets and he explained each jackets different qualities, helped with sizes and what id need to wear underneath and had a brilliant sense of humour! Should I need anything else from Trespass I will be making sure I go back to this store and looking for Simon.

I was looking for some walking boots for my daughter. The pair she really wanted were unavailable in her size in the store. Instead of leaving it there or being encouraged to make do with a different style the manager went above and beyond to source them for us. Simon went to huge trouble trying to track a pair down and was searching records and store cupboards and then even called colleagues in another store. His tenacity resulted in finding a pair which are being sent to the Bristol store for us to collect soon. Fantastic customer service and will certainly be recommending it to friends and family.
We came to Trespass Bristol last minute before a holiday and kitted out our large family with shorty wetsuits with ease. Simon and his female colleague were so knowledgeable and went the extra mile.
