   A time for reassurance was what I needed As I was anxious for a quick recovery. Mr Malik was so reassuring with immense patience. He knew exactly what my Patella recovery should be. Mr Malik directed exercises and watched how I did the exercises. He reassured slow recovery and will take time to heal. Not to rush. I certainly believed and trusted him.    I have used Sanjay's services for a couple of different injuries over the past 5 months. On each injury he made a prompt diagnosis and took the time to explain thoroughly the cause and treatment required with take home exercises to prevent recurrences. Having seen a number of different physiotherapists in the last few years, Sanjay was levels above in terms of knowledge and experience. I would highly recommend!

   I came to Sanjay recently with a persistent shoulder/back sports injury that was causing nerve discomfort. He went through an in-depth triage and was able to identify the exact injury, explain why I was feeling the pain I was, as well provide the necessary support to help with the recovery. He is thorough and incredibly knowledgeable - following the treatment in the first session, I noticed an instant improvement. I've since be back to continue the recovery/rehab and to understand what I can do to prevent future reoccurrences. He's patient, able to explain complex concepts in simple terms, and very pragmatic. Couldn't recommend him enough!

He then followed a program of treatment and advise me home self management program that avoided me having spinal surgery.    I saw Sanjay a few weeks about my shoulder injury. As I have been an active sportsman all my life which means I have seen a quite a few physios over the years. I found Sanjay very different from others because he has patience; he made an effort to explain me the complexity of my shoulder injury and the possible options to fix it; he comes across very knowledgeable about his subject but at the same time he explains everything in a layman terms and I found this very helpful. I will highly recommend him

   I've been suffering from severe ankle pain for a number of months due to a rugby related sprain. The local GP and orthopedics centre were unable to assist with the pain so I had made the assumption that I would not be able to play nor run again. However, after just one visit to the therapy logic clinic the pain has all but disappeared as it turned out to be a very treatable soft tissue damage. Safe to say if you ever require a physio this is the one place I would recommend.

   I have gone to the physio here for my lower back pain caused by a gym injury. I had 5 sessions, online and face-face with the doctor. We did core strengthening stretches, injury prevention stretches etc. Doctor here is very experienced and knowlegable. I am pain free now, and I am back to gym with my normal workout. But I learned a lot and still use the techniques and methods taught by the doctor here few times a week to keep myself injury free. Highly Recommended.

   I had a stiff back and excruciating pain in my left leg. I could not walk more than 10 -steps without stretching the leg.I had 8 -sessions with Sanjay and my leg pain improved a lot. My back is also flexible and stiffness has disappeared. I would highly recommend Therapylogic for pain relief and treatment. Bhagat Singh
