   This is a followup to a purchase after fitting. Fitting went really well, thanks to detailed instructions being sent by Rob. Rob was really customer orientated and really went out of his way to make sure that the fitting was done properly. I can honestly say I have rarely, if ever, been given this level of post-purchase support without asking. It is also obvious from the emails that Rob is very proficient in the fitting and workings of the parts being sold. I would give 10* if I could!

   Thank you, thank you, thank you! Rob at Really Useful Bikes went above and beyond, sorting out my problem with my Enviolo manual twist controller. I ordered the wrong twist grip and Rob refunded me and sent out a new replacement controller. He gave me a link to full instructions and a video to help me fit it myself and offered more help if I needed it. The fitting went very smoothly, without any problems. Great service.

   I had a really positive experience using Really Useful Bikes for the first time to buy a new 'cafe' lock for my Babboe cargo bike. The lock I had ordered wasn't available, but Rob got in touch to offer me an even better model, which does the job perfectly. Rob takes a very personal, thoughtful approach to customer service which is a breath of fresh air in a world dominated by the likes of Amazon.

   After much searching I found Really Useful Bikes had the best price for the item I wanted, so bought it. Then later that evening it was pointed out to me that I already had said item! At ten o'clock that evening I emailed them to cancel my order. Within 30mins Bob replied and agreed. I am extremely grateful for this excellent level of service.

   After some back and forth regarding an aftermarket seat belt for my cargo bike, Rob sent me a thoughtful email with a quote but also some links to a few other options that I could get for a lot cheaper and might serve my needs better. He clearly didn't have to do that and it shows that he cares more about how best to serve his customers rather than how best to sell to them. I'll be coming back here whenever I need something for my bike in the future.
