   I started to see Rachael last October on a weekly basis, I was immediately put at ease by her kind and professional approach. By the third visit I felt like I had known Rachael all my life and I felt so comfortable talking to her about some very personal and unhappy situations. I am now much clearer about so many different aspects of my life and very happy and grateful that I found Rachael. I would highly recommend her.

   I reached a point in my life where I felt I needed to talk to someone who didn't know me or judge me, someone who I could honestly talk to. I found Cheam Counselling and Psychotherapy and they weren't too far from me. I called Rachael and was immediately put at ease. She explained what would happen, pricing and how she works. I was excited but nervous before my first session, but the minute I walked into Rachaels Counselling space I was instantly at ease. Rachael is someone who has so much empathy, gentleness and calming nature that I flet at ease. outside there's a huge water feature with calming running water. The whole experience was incredibly useful. I feel I have got 'my head straight ' and feel I can go forward without many of the concerns and worries I had. I would highly recommend Rachael and I certainly would return to her if I feel its needed in the future.. Lucy
