   I don't live close enough to visit one of the stores but I've found it's my "go to" website when I want or need to buy something bike related. The service is brilliant, the choice of brands are top quality no crap allowed and when I have phoned up they are always really friendly even when you ask newbie stupid questions. I shall keep buying from stif until they run out of things for me to buy. It might be my phone but sometimes the website can be abit glitchy but be patient as it's worth it.

   Boys are just awesome. I've just ordered a 2022 edition Santa Cruz 5010 C R-Kit L from them, and as a first very good point, the pricing was far more attractive than everywhere else on the Internet : 3400€ shipping costs included instead of 4800€ recommended on Santa Cruz's website. Second great point, a very nice support: delivery has been pretty bad because of TNT's shameful performance and the whole Stif team have been doing their best to help me dealing with it and finally getting the bike delivered in good shape. Thanks boys! Last but not least: plenty of good advises by e-mail to help me setting up the bike and getting the best out of it. Cheers boys! Should I order a new bike someday, you'd be the first website I'd give a shot to. Mickaël

   I pre ordered a Santa Cruz 5010 and had calls from helpful staff whilst waiting to update me on how things were going. Once it arrived in stock with Stif they invisiframed for me and sent out 24hr delivery. Bike turned up in a well packed new box with all the correct parts/books/manuals in a nice stif folder along with a helpful guide to get started. Once assembled I checked over the bike and all was torqued correctly. Very happy indeed with the product and service Stif cycles have provided. Well done chaps. Especially the person that fitted the invisiframe! How did you get every line straight?! I buy a new bike every year to add to my collection and will be using them again due to the experience i've had. Cannot recommend enough. Jim, Isle Of Wight

   This bike shop deserve to be shown and given recognition. I have never had an LBS that actually was happy to let me visit as many time and each time with more questions and being annoying but every time, they were very friendly, happy to advise on the best for the person and not on the wallet size. They are awesome, well stocked, beautiful bikes and very clean. Covid precautions are taken seriously, Temperature check on entry, hand gel before you touch anything and the mask. They deserve recognition. A very happy future owner and even happier that i know, i can go to them for everything bike related. Sorry for the quality of the pics, i spent money on a bike instead of the top phones, it will do for 5 years.
