I emailed details and photos back to Saddleback and within a couple of weeks I received a brand-new replacement pair. Despite the shoes being 20 years old (thousands of miles in all weather conditions) I have been provided a solution to a recent fault/problem that will see my shoes live on even longer.    Pretty rubbish, messed up delivery, I ended up with a SB20 to cart into the house ... Denied it was their fault.... Promised next day delivery... Never happened evidently another "not intentional" finally software issues with the Ant+ interface and with the power meter... Have a guess not there fault ... They dropped the price by £350 but hey no goodwill ... In short when things are good they appear to be good. When they aren't they flipping hopless
