   It’s not possible to praise or recommend Jon highly enough, exceptional bike fitter and phenomenal person. I sustained a brain injury which makes judging if things feel better or worse nigh on impossible so wouldn’t be able to give the normal feedback, his expertise and vast experience meant that he recognised a significant hip issue, which I wasn’t aware of, and several bike fit problems and he did it all with good humour and put me totally at ease. I’m now in the care of an osteopath with hope to get back on a bike. Absolutely excellent service and so very grateful.

   Profound! I was experiencing severe saddle sore during high mileage rides. Spending time with Jon has resolved all my issues and made areas of my bike previously inaccessible now accessible. I am very pleased with the time we spent together, refining my setup. It has transformed my cycling experience. Really is one of those companies that you recognise immediately you have found a gem, he is genuinely interested in resolving issues and improving your experience. I am sure I will be a regular customer.

   Had a bike fit with Jon before my first Ironman. I had bought the bike a year before and had a basic ‘fit’ done by the bike shop and assumed that would be good enough. Sure enough as the mileage increased, I had pain on my shoulders and back, plus uncomfortable sensation on the saddle after 60+ miles. I just thought that this was normal with long-ish rides. The bike fit with Jon was amazing, and after several adjustments the position on the bike is completely different. I managed a few long rides completely pain free, and managed to get around Ironman Wales without any discomfort on the bike. 100% would recommend if you’re looking for a bike fit!

   Jon came highly recommended and I travelled from London for a bike fit a few months before my first ultra. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, detailed, and very committed to solving some of my stubborn bike fit problems! In addition to systematically going through helpful changes to my bike set up (especially cleat and saddle position), he identified some imbalances in my body mechanics and suggested some exercises/activations which made a world of difference. This is just one example of how he considers the whole ‘system’ to improve your riding experience. Thanks to Jon, my bike felt comfortable even after riding for 24 hours!

   I had a bike fitting in early 2022 ahead of two long distance triathlon events. I have to say it transformed my set up and had a very positive impact on my positioning on the bike. Jon's patience and attention to detail together with his expertise on the subject made it a great experience. Would definitely recommend.

   I just had a bike fit with Jon in the studio above 73Degrees. I'm fairly new to cycling, and he explained everything very patiently, from what exactly he was going to look at and adjust, to how I could tell if it felt right or not. My bike needs repairing before it is rideable, so I was able to do the whole fit on his adjustable jig and he can send me all the measurements for the bike to be fixed to fit me. He also explained everything he was doing so I understood, and if any little niggles come up I should be able to tweak the bike measurements to sort them out. He also helped me choose a saddle, explaining what to look for, letting me try out different styles, and taking my measurements to find which would fit well. Throughout the process he was friendly and approachable, gave me plenty of chances to ask any questions I might have, and swapped stories of his own cycle touring experiences. Jon is competent and thorough, and offers support after the fitting if you find you have later questions. The process is personalised to your needs, and he thought to send photos of the entrance to help me find the place as they have just moved a few doors down and haven't got the big sign up yet. There are some tables downstairs to have coffee if you arrive early, and the guys at 73Degrees even gave me mine for free as the heating wasn't all working! (Thoughtful heater in the changing room, though!) All in all, a very recommendable experience, thank you.

   Have always had a good experience when having a bike fit with Jon. Different level fits for different style bikes, all which have improved comfort in the bike whilst increasing the speed I can hold out on the road. Definitely recommend!!

   I emailed Jon about a bike fit at a point when I just didn't know what to do. I was chasing out problems and causing others in a bike that should have been bringing me joy but was just not comfortable. After a quick chat he ordered in a load of shoes for me to try, accommodated my very limited availability (I live over-seas) and he spent four hours working through each of my problem areas and making adjustments to my existing bike. He is methodical and works with you to achieve what you want from a fit. The difference is astounding. I am excited about riding again. It was worth every penny of money and every minute of my time, even as a hobby cyclist who only goes out at the weekends.
