   I was searching for a physiotherapist in the local Purley/Coulsdon area and came across ABH Physio and Massage. I had extremely painful sciatica which was affecting my mobility and mood greatly, and I was drawn to this physiotherapist due to the excellent reviews left by previous clients. It was quite easy to arrange an appointment whenever I needed one and there is free parking on her road. The combination of the treatment she gave me on my back at her practice and the exercises to do at home were so effective, I became pain-free within a few weeks. Aliyah listens to you carefully along every stage of your treatment and works with you to make progress each time. I would definitely go back to her and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

   I highly recommend Aliya. She treated me for a knee problem for several months. In my darkest days I assume the pain would be there for ever, but her treatment and home exercise plan for me have gradually improved my knee and I feel much more confident about the future. She's also a lovely person as well.

   Over the years I’ve been treated by many chiropractors, osteopaths, physiotherapists and acupuncturists. Now I’ve found Aliya. I will not go to anyone else again! She is by far, the best out of all of them plus she offers acupuncture simultaneously. If you’ve got any elbow issues, she’s brilliant plus she’s helped me with back, leg, neck, shoulder, feet and hand issues: I’m no spring chicken so I had an accumulation of injuries for her to unravel where other practitioners had failed. Can’t recommend enough.
