    Special shout out to Lee who helped myself and my Husband last week when we were trying to wrap our heads around what kit we need for our Norway trip this November. He took his time with us, explained all the specs we're looking for to make sure we get the right gear. Went out of his way to phone up the Bristol store for us to get them to assist when his store didn't have a particular item in stock. He very kindly put aside the items we'd picked out for us to come back another day if they managed to get everything in stock. We never felt rushed or pressured, he was just so helpful and has given us confidence that we're going to be nice and warm whilst we're at the arctic circle! Thank you so much!

    Good store, usually quite quiet even at busy times of the days, prices can be higher than expected but there has been a sale on recently, besides the quality of items sold is typically top notch. Great range of items too for hikers, skiers, campers, and people out out in the cold in general.

    Rude employee made my shopping experience terrible ! Within few minutes of me being in the shop this NOT a gentleman was talking to me aggressively and with a raised tone. I felt THREATENED, I had to stand my ground and let him know that he shouldn't be talking to me in that manner !! His colleague was polite and calm, very professional, thank you for that. I've been shopping in trespass for years, it is one of my favorite brands and I always have a great experience, unfortunately this time it wasn't. I still ended up buying few pairs of trousers, despite the rudeness of one employee.
