   Working with Victoria over the last year has truly been life changing. I knew I wanted to speak to a professional whilst trying to navigate a complex family situation which had taken its toll on me emotionally. But I didn't honestly realise just how far from my confident self I had been feeling, until I worked with Victoria and began to feel more in control of my thoughts and feelings. It was an emotional journey but what I loved was that I wasnt there to be fixed (in Victoria's words.) No I was there to learn some knew tools to cope with challenges that life throws our way. If you are sitting on the fence about therapy I would say, do it! Honestly, I feel like ME again. It's not ignoring what has happened, but accepting it and learning to not let it consume me. Victoria is simply amazing. I wholeheartedly recommend. And I thank you Victoria so much - after 3 years of feeling so low, I am feeling confident, happy and resilient!

   We had couples counselling sessions for about a year with Victoria and she helped us better understand ourselves and our relationship. With her knowledge, openness and kindness, to name but a few, we were able to understand seemingly difficult situations. She respectfully and articulately offered her ideas. We have taken with us many very helpful insights, that we can utilise for the rest of our lives. We would happily recommend her to couples that are struggling with their relationships with others or themselves.

She was easy to talk to, flexible and really understanding (especially when the dog joined us on video calls!). She was brilliant at helping me process what I was going through, and reminding me to be kind to myself. I'd recommend her to anyone going through a hard time looking for some help, or even just a friendly ear.
