   Fay came highly recommended to me by a friend who had hypnotherapy. If I am honest after suffering from anxiety my whole life, trialling medications, therapy, counselling etc I was dubious but thought it was worth a try as it had worked so well for a friend. I only had one session and can honestly say it has made the world of difference, family and friends noticed the difference in me immediately. The hypnotherapy was a while ago (I didn't want to leave a review until after I had completed the 21 days of listening to the recording). I am so glad I decided to try hypnotherapy as it has really helped me and have since recommended Fay to several people. Fay was kind, open, honest the whole way through the process. Thank you Fay x

   I have had three RTT sessions with Fay about various issues. Prior to this, I had been struggling most of life (32 years old) with anxiety and depression as a result of trauma. I have been on antidepressants for over a decade and have tried various psychotherapies with limited results. I was skeptical about trying hypnosis but I also felt I had nothing left to lose. I’m so glad I tried RTT as the results and relief have been mind blowing. I used to suffer from a constant inner critic bullying me 24/7 and after one session that was gone. My second session focused on my constant state of anxiety due to repetitive rumination (literally non-stop!). Now, I no longer get stuck in this cycle of rumination. These two issues are things I thought I would never be free of! I’m currently working off issue three with Fay and hopeful it will make a difference. Fay is a wonderful, warm and kind lady who has been welcoming and reassuring since day one. She is genuinely invested in helping her clients and looks after you throughout. I am so grateful to have met Fay and gone on this venture with her.

   Since I was a very young boy, I have suffered with night tremors, was scared, lacked confidence, was bullied and went right off the rails during my teen years. I managed to deal with these issues by day, but by night that was a very different story. My sleep issues and the nightmares have haunted me for over 40+ years, sometimes I have ended up in hospital through injuries incurred whilst asleep. I was recommended to Fay to have RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) by a very good friend of mine who had like me demons that needed to be faced that stemmed back to her childhood. This introduction to Fay was one of the best things to happen to me (fact)…. I had two RTT sessions with Fay, and yes it was a game changer… and something I wished I had done many years ago. I cannot express how much of a better person I am and feel because of it. I am feeling free and in control of my inner self. I am feeling really good and the best I have felt in years (in fact all my life)… I am feeling on top of the world. The sessions have been so positive in many ways; my sleeping is better, I nod off and have good dreams. I am calmer and don’t react to life’s dramas. I absorb positive vibes and don’t hold on to the negativity. I feel happier from within… Thank you so much…. For those of you that need help and like me have bottled up your demons, or suffer with anxiety, have been bullied, traumatised or suffer with sleep issues – I strongly recommend Fay Hicks and RTT therapy. I have been a proud man all these years and thought I was able to deal with on my own, but inside have been scared to ask for help.
