We went to see Ilaria for couple’s support. We spoke to a few other therapists before deciding to go with her, and we definitely made the right choice! For us, specifically, the fact she understands neurodiversity and is sensitive to cultural differences and LGBTQ issues was such a great fit. The sessions themselves were like a big hug. Both of us where given space. When one of us was sharing Ilaria always made sure the other one felt held and cared for and seen. She reflected our thoughts to make sure we are all on the same page and she made us feel comfortable to share and safe to be vulnerable. She didn’t take sides but felt totally on our side :) She is honest, and genuine, flexible and human.

A very kind, non judgmental space. We felt safe and supported and it was more helpful than any other support we got along the years. Thank you.

Ilaria is not only a wonderful human being, but also an incredible brilliant therapist. She has supported me personally with support needed for my son and she has also been a practitioner on our own mental health and well-being platform for corporates - the feedback has been, of course, brilliant. Trustworthy, relatable, intuitive, a real human who really does care.

I have worked with Ilaria in supervision since qualifying as a counsellor. It is a privilege to work together and draw upon her wealth of experience, knowledge and expertise. Ilaria's approach is warm, deeply empathic and non-intrusive enabling me to grow as a professional and carry out my responsibilities as an ethical practitioner. I feel empowered to carry out my work as a self-employed counsellor knowing that I have a specialist by my side. She has supported me in work with complex cases both safely and with confidence. And where personal circumstances have arisen where self-care has been vital, Ilaria has gently supported me in acknowledging and reflecting on how to support myself. I often leave sessions feeling energised, motivated and inspired. Client work is often explored creatively, drawing on theoretical references and further research where necessary. I can see us working together long into the future...

From the first session with Ilaria, she made me feel comfortable. She put me at ease, listened openly and without judgement. She helped me understand and navigate some of the challenges I faced. The children equally warmed to Ilaria- not the easiest as the sessions were on zoom! I thank you for your support, encouragement and grateful for your intervention.

  2. R ★★★★★

It has been an enriching experience having supervision with Ilaria. Without exception I have always felt heard, encouraged and capable in response to the safe inviting collaborative and learning environment Ilaria offers. Ilaria’s insight and wisdom feels supportive allowing personal and clinical challenges to arise when working with clients to be explored in a way that is comfortable and enlightening. Supervision with Ilaria contributes so much to my growth as a therapist for which I am grateful for.

  3. Olivia ★★★★★

Ilaria helped me with my eight year old daughter. She listened carefully and with empathy, and without judgement. She gave me practical tips and theoretical understanding, making sure I was comfortable with the suggestions. I know she has a wealth of experience and that was clear in our interactions. I wouldn’t hesitate to seek Ilaria’s support again.
