AVOID! AVOID? A thoroughly toxic, harmful, spiteful and wholly unprofessional individual that thought it necessary to subject me to a sustained tirade of abuse, blame, contempt, utter humiliation and ill-informed judgment yet despite after nearly a year has yet to acknowledge let alone respond to my substantial and serious complaint regarding my experience and its consequences.
