   Serina is fantastic. She's given me tools to help myself throughout life and in the future whilst also helping me to understand what I was feeling and where it was coming from. With Serina I felt comfortable to discuss anything without feeling judged or awkward. She showed me difgerent techniques and also helped me think about things in a different way. She is a exceptional therapist who I would throughly recommend to others. My sessions with her have really benefitted me and my life and helped me push forward in life to create the life of my dreams.

   I started my Counseling in February and just completed it. I not be asked to do this because if I was i wouldn’t. I thought I would have a couple of month’s in Counseling but here we are in November. It’s made me more happy I offloaded so much I learnt so much about myself and also things that were stuck in my head that I didn’t know were there things make sense now, so moving forward I know how and what to do for me and only me it’s being such an amazing emotional journey for me and be thankful for this special counsellor who has brought me back to me would I recommend her, yes and if I hit another difficult time but I don’t think I will I see her again.    This was my first experience in therapy and working with Serina Lyn Therapy my mind was set at ease from the very beginning. There was an immediate level of trust that made me so comfortable with being open and vulnerable and enabled me to get the best out of my sessions. I especially liked that Serina has a very holistic approach which is in tune with my personality. She took the time to get to know me and tailored the sessions to suit me.
