Slow clap to this gutter of a clinic and to Dr Akan Efe for terrifying me and my family with an ‘IBD’ diagnosis based merely on a calprotectin number. Truly visionary, why bother with something as boring and useful as a stool culture when you can just skip straight to scaring patients with lifelong diagnoses? Not to mention, I received less than half of the blood tests I paid for! For the record, it wasn’t IBD, just a Campylobacter infection, for which I had to go back to my home country to find urgently. Don’t waste your hard-earned money here! (P.S. The picture is from my hospital visit at home.)

Good private clinic, you can usually get an appointment within two days or same day if urgent. We have only seen Dr. Georgieva (pediatrician) and Dr. Val (ENT) and they are both amazing. My only recommendation is to plan the appointments better. I've been there about 10 times and was never admitted on time. Waiting times are between 30 to 60 minutes regardless of what time of the day your appointment is.
Bulgarian clinic, Bulgarian mentality. On 03/11 I reserved an appointment for doctor Koleva (11am 20/11/2022). On 17/11 they called me to inform me that the doctor is coming in two weeks. Otherwise, on 03/11 I am offered classes to choose from as well. Thank you for the "professional Bulgarian attention".
Extremely bad service!!! Got an appointment for 11am this morning and its been over a hour now and still have not been seen! Terrible clinic
Amazing service. I was given a appointment for the same day at a time that suited me. Greeted by very kind receptionists. I saw Mr Adnan and he was amazing, carefully listened to me and examined me giving me relevant medication. Definitely recommend.
