I’d had my Animal flip flops for well over four years but whilst running for a train at 05:30 in the morning to travel to Bristol, sadly they finally broke. Knowing that Mountain Warehouse still sell Animal flip flops I headed here from Temple Meads station as I was having breakfast at the nearby Wetherspoons. The staff were really welcoming and the customer service was to a high standard. They went to check the stock room just in case there was some stock still in the stock room. Sadly they didn’t have my size but directed me to their other store near Cabot Circus.

I have been doing shopping very frequent from mountain warehouse Queens road. Always everything fine. But today I got incredibly service from Holly and Shenye. Both of them were so generous and polite. And very very supportive. Super duper satisfied for their service.

I had a very lovely experience in this shop! The staff was very lovely and gave me great advices on walking socks. The changing room was open and the store felt very clean and hygienic. The sale was great and having student discounts was lovely as well!! Great variety on items and very reasonable as well. Having some comparisons on backpacks could be nice so that we can see which ones is good for which occasions. Highly recommend :)!

Purchased waterproof boots that turned out to be faulty. The team was friendly and helpful. Even though it was passed the 30 days purchase policy. They informed me that there was a 1 year warranty policy on boots so they rectified the issue same visit. I really appreciated the help and will continue to purchase from this store.
