   Very highly recommended, Professor Hermant Kocher is an amazing human being. I went from stage 4 pancreatic cancer, to being in remission after 1 year having had chemotherapy treatment followed by a liver ablation and Whipple surgery. His professional and calming manner always gave me hope and the feeling that I was in safe hands and the best place to be. His personal assistant Karen, his team providing treatment, assisting him with surgery, after care and research are all doing a truly amazing job.

   It was a privilege to meet Professor Kocher, who I was referred to by a Gastroenterologist who was uncertain about my correct diagnosis. This turned out to be a life changing moment in my subsequent treatment. His thorough approach and meticulous attention to detail were truly remarkable. Professor Kocher reviewed my previous seven-year scans, which impressed me with the level of detail he had invested in his preparation. Throughout our consultations, he demonstrated exceptional patience, providing comprehensive explanations and never rushing me. He was open to answering any questions, even complex ones, without me feeling embarrassed for taking up his time. This courtesy and patience also extended to his dealings with my family. Even after my surgery, Professor Kocher continued to see me every day for the eight days I was in the hospital. His genuine care for his patients was evident in his interactions with me. It is worth mentioning Karen Mawire, Nurse Consultant. Her efficiency was exceptional, and she never dismissed any question or concern. She provided invaluable support before and after surgery through phone calls and text messages, demonstrating her willingness to go above and beyond. Professor Kocher and Karen Mawire are a fantastic team. I wholeheartedly recommend Professor Kocher, not only is he exceptional in his field, but also a caring individual who makes a significant difference in the lives of his patients, especially during challenging times. I feel incredibly fortunate to be in his care.

   I highly recommend Prof Kotcher to anybody. He looked after me from prognosis until completion of my post operation recovery period. He is very professional with incredible attention to detail. He is also compassionate and empathetic throughout his patients journey with regular contact and visits from start to finish. He goes over the call of duty in all aspects of his work and makes you feel like you’re his only patient. Most importantly he is a real gentleman who you instantly trust and feel at ease with.
