I usually have unpleasant experiences calling in the morning but Chrissie was a breath of fresh air. Very polite, kind and professional. Please keep her on the phone lines and raise her pay - thank you!

One of the top surgeries.. It’s hard to find a gp like dr Sharma. The staff are lovely. I’m very pleased to have registered in here.

Extremely frustrating maltreating patients. People come to your GP for treatment, and it is supposed that they come there to be treated fairly, not badly. They are not SLAVES. Treating people in this way is called RACISM. People are not coming there to have fun, they are already in a bad mood for some reason, and what they will get is maltreatment. Shame on you really disappointed.

I’ve just moved to Plumstead and my experience today at Dr Mostafa PMS was so lovely. Came here as I had an urgent medication allergic reaction, Dr Shayma was so caring, considerate and patient, he comforted me about my physical condition and kindly explained what might have caused my allergy. The receptionist ladies were also very friendly, they shows huge understanding of my medical needs and solved a series of issues since I’ve just changed my GP! I was very stressed when I walked in but I left with nothing but relief.

The worst GP in the Plumstead Area, never get appointments with Dr And the nurse Doesn’t want to listen to our problem she just tells us to go to A&E instead of helping us and listening to our problem. And not so polite she thinks she can speak loud but not the patients if we speak a little loud she warns us to hang up the phone. Please do not go to this surgery if you are thinking of registering or a new to this area. There are better GPs than this. Avoid avoid avoid

Very poor GP practice Mostafa PMS has been my GP surgery for almost 23 years and in all this time I have mostly had a negative experience with just a few exceptions. Front desk: poor customer service. A receptionist at the Wickham Lane clinic is often unfriendly and rude, making me feel stressed every time I meet her and often behaving in an offhand manner that I find unprofessional. I don’t feel like I am valued or respected - or indeed being looked after - when I am there. Doctors and nurses: 90% of the time I did not get the proper attention and medical help when I required it the most. It is impossible to book a face-to-face appointment with a GP. I had a chest infection with a severe and long-lasting cough, but when I was trying to explain this, the receptionist was in a rush to cut the call so I had no option but to accept an appointment with a nurse instead of a doctor. She just used a stethoscope in four places on my back and chest and prescribed me antibiotics that did not help. I was refused a follow-up in-person appointment with a doctor and, instead, an unknown doctor called me who was rude, did not listen to me and instead mentioned that he has to follow protocol. No kindness, no compassion or effort to understand me. This left me feeling very anxious, hopeless and confused. To try and get to the bottom of my problem, I turned to a private doctor, who conducted X-rays that showed I had lung inflammation and prescribed the right medication which is working. So the GP surgery’s negligence has cost me a lot. Dr Mostafa needs to make improvements to the service URGENTLY!

Like all surgeries in London, they are overworked and very busy. This makes it hard to get appointments, which can be frustrating. This is fairly standard across the borough, unfortunately. The staff care, and have made efforts to help me get meds at the last minute on more than one occasion. This is a good surgery.

After having a negative experience with my previous GP, I decided to move to this surgery and I am pleased with Mostafa PMS. The receptionists/admin staff, nurses and GPs provide prompt responses to my requests for appointment/consultation/GP letter. I am happy with the service they provide as I can only imagine how busy the staff members are.
