I work at the preschool with a wonderful team of ladies that are dedicated to helping the children develop and learn through their play and I love it, we are situated in the heart of the countryside so the children get to explore the environment around them .
This is a lovely Preschool which occupies a spacious hall with free flow outside area. Additionally there is the opportunity to use a playground area and field adjacent to the Preschool itself. However the most fantastic thing I have found is the amazing staff - the fact that anytime my children see them out of the Preschool setting they run up to tell them something new (which is always patiently listened to) is heart warming. I chose this Preschool because of it's great reputation, plus it's super links with the local schools and I am so glad that I did!
What I love is that Hawkesbury Preschool is really integrated into the local village community. The children regularly go and sing for the residents of the nearby old peoples' home, visit the primary school, or even just have a walk to the local post office! They have a huge outdoor space on their doorstep, which they make the most of, and organise fun and educational activities for the children each week.
