I found the staff really good and they built up an excellent relationship with my daughter. Activities did seem to be limited to the house and small garden (other nurseries make more of an effort in this area). However the owner really lets the side down. I found her to be rude/unprofessional, any communication from her often conflicted with previous communication leading to confusion all round. Any attempts to address this led to aggressive responses and rude comments by her, maybe she doesn’t care ? As a direct result of her I wouldn’t recommend this nursey. In fact I wish I’d listened to other reviews/comments which highlighted the same concerns about the owner. My daughter now attends a different nursey.
