Don’t even bother to send your children staff are rude ( especially the manager ) and have no care about the children that attend here don’t send your child here if she/he is a fussy eater they will just say hasn’t eaten today don’t send your child here if it’s nappy is wet on the journey there because there will make out your a bad parent and report it to safeguarding absolutely waste of time going here only want children that are easy i have taken this report further now as it is effecting me mentally marking me think i am not fit for a parent

Deputy manager was rude as soon as I walked through the door for a VISIT, I can’t imagine what she’d be like on a daily basis. This put me off instantly. Looking around it was dark and depressing. Not the vibe I’d hoped for! It didn’t smell very clean either! The older babies were sleeping on very thin matts I felt quite sorry for them!

The blonde lady behind reception was rude and obnoxious to the point that we just left. If that’s how they treat adults it’s not somewhere I would want my children to attend.

Staff is very kind and very attentive with our little boy. He has been there since he was 6 months old and has always been treated with a lot of affection and attention. We often receive photos of what he does during the day, the activities that are offered to him help him develop a lot and it is always respecting his pace. The staff takes the time every day to tell us about his day and is really attentive to his well-being. Everyday he goes there with the smile, we are very glad we found this nursery for him. Food they give is also good and he eats different varieties of dishes which is nice for his development as well.

Our little girl's been going to busy bees since we moved to Bristol in summer 19 and the nursery has been fantastic. Her developmental growth has been really impressive and serves as a testament to the time and effort that Annie and her team invest in the children's wellbeing. Throughout the pandemic they've also stayed open when possible and, so far as I am aware, never had to reduce numbers or sessions, even when short staffed. To me, this is a mark of real selflessness. In sum, a great nursery I would recommend them to anyone living in the area.

Nursery looks good so cant fault it but the management is terrible, absolutely rubbish. My son been accepted and given a date to start, only to be told 3 weeks later they don't have space. What a bunch of liars. Don't waste your time there as most likely they will give false pretences. If there's such a thing as no stars I would choose.
