   I can't believe why most reviews are low. It's Value for money accommodation. Highly recommend for budget stay Pros -Breakfast is also included. - Plenty of parking spaces available - Room is better than most Travelodge/ Premier Inn - lots of storage spaces, there is a study table, chair as well as it's designed for university students - Check in and reception was smooth. Cons - Bed is 3/4 of a King size but it did not matter to us as it's a comfortable bed, many have pointed it as a negative aspect but practically it doesn't matter unless both are very huge adults.

   Awful service. They were unhelpful every step of the way throughout my year in Polden. Despite paying abundant fees, the service was often closed or unhelpful. I requested my flat's mailbox be fixed for 2 months from March till May when I had to leave, and I still haven't received my mail because they said "it was not possible for us to deliver it to you"; bear in mind it's now September. Now I've called for some help with a delivery I have where I won't make it on time to pick it up: "sorry we can't help you". Don't expect any professionalism or kindness from this office. Extremely rude.

   We stayed in the Podium building the room was spotless and the facilities were good. The bed is 4ft wide so small for 2 people but that is clearly stated when you are booking. There is free parking. We walked down into Bath for dinner and got the bus back which was really handy. The cafe where the continental breakfast is served is very good and clean with very friendly staff. There was more than I was expecting. This accommodation is brilliant value for Bath

   The room was spacious for a small double. Tiled floor, plenty of storage space, nice hot shower, comfy bed, plenty of lighting, black out blinds, coffee & tea making facilities and two glasses in room. Desk and chair, no TV (that was okay and not included anyway). Continental breakfast in building next door was very good. Good access into town via University buses on campus costing £2.20 single or £3 return taking about 7 minutes. The only complaint was that consideration for other residents after 11pm.was not enforced as one room with multoliple occupancy of young men were loud well after 12.30am, so not policed.

   Stayed for a night at this reasonably priced university dorm. The room was clean and comfortable for an overnight stay. It is not right next to the downtown Bath area, but we had a car. I understand there is bus service. The breakfast buffet was great with a nice selection of offerings. Would stay there again.

3. Bodilly Mill ★★★☆☆

   Accommodation was clean, doors to the rooms are dangerous. The auto closer two stage closing is set incorrectly... they shut and trap fingers because they close in one sweep. The floor tiles and fittings were damaged and could cause a trip hazzard or cut toes or fingers. No instructions for heating or towel rail turning or or setting. Luckily it was just a rainy cool period in summer. Room d 4.08. Also the room doors slam at night which keeps you awake. It isn't just a bang, the whole room shudders... Nice view out the front.
