Caroline is THE best teacher. She really knows how to get the most out of each student, showing them that if they do the work, it will pay off. Her classes will not only teach them to dance but also set them up for life, dedication/determination, resilience, reward, therapeutic skill, and joyful living.
I started adult beginners tap last year with Becky and have enjoyed every class so so far! Communication from day 1 when I first enquired about the class has been brilliant. Becky is a fantastic teacher and takes time to break down all the steps and spend time with each of us individually to show is how to improve. I would highly recommend this dance school to everyone!
I chose Caroline Graham School of Dance when my daughter wanted to start purely because no where else taught children so young. I’m so glad we made the choice though. My daughter has been taught by Caroline for several years and I started adult classes soon after. My classes are a highlight of my week and my daughter loves that we share the same hobby. Caroline is a great teacher, always so patient and kind while wanting us all to reach our potential. As a parent, l have nothing but praise for Caroline. She is great with children of all ages, really encourages them and goes above and beyond to help them to love dancing. As a student in the adult classes it is just the same. Caroline understands that we might want different things from the class and makes it really enjoyable at the same time as working us hard! Thank you so much Caroline!
My daughter Belle has been attending Caroline Graham school of dancing for 3 years and from the very first lesson she has shown her dedication and commitment to Belle’s journey as a dancer. Progress has been significant as she only started ballet aged 12 yet on Caroline’s suggestion she auditioned for the English Youth Ballet after just over a years lessons and was successful, and extra lessons were put in place before the summer of rehearsals to ensure she was ready. During lockdown, being able to continue with dancing in very trying circumstances for children and adults, was appreciated so much. The way the lessons were adapted for the new situation showing again how much Caroline cares for her dancers and also her professionalism.
Miss Caroline is a wonderful ballet, tap and modern dance teacher, she has gone above and beyond especially during lockdown to make sure all of her classes don’t miss out by providing Zoom lessons, activities and organising extra masterclasses to keep them involved. Both my children love to dance and she keeps them engaged, it’s been wonderful watching them perform in shows and events and seeing my youngest progress through Melody Bear classes and my eldest take her examinations with pride. Miss Caroline makes sure everyone is included in her diverse classes and helps bring out the performer in each child by building their confidence which is a beautiful thing to watch as they grow.
