   Had a mixup with my delivery, the lady on the phone sorted a fresh new pizza delivery and gave me extra chicken poppers to make up for the mistake. Always delicious and hot pizza, will recommend :)

   It looks like it’s under new management but either the new owners are terrible at using fresh tasting ingredients or the previous franchisees were too good?! Lacklustre tasting food ordered for five. Immediately it was not to PJ quality. Bland ingredients, we could only taste the base..and that with ketchup! More needs to be done on freshness and consistency with this branch. This was relegation form!

   No wonder the prices have dropped. Tasteless pizza base, toppings minimal and the entire pizza ( The Works ) just didn't have much flavour. Unless I have covid! Ordered a Ben n Jerry's ice cream to make up the delivery fee, what a rip, 100ml pot for over three squid! Delivery was fairly quick and driver was friendly enough. Won't be ordering from here again.

   AVOID AVOID AVOID - wrong order delivered workers refused to accept they had made the one pizza wrong - I guess our children will now have to enjoy chilli's! When informing worker of this easily rectifiable mistake I was told: ‘I understand, but you need to understand from my point of view!’ REALLY… what?!? Refused access to the manager, refused to give name and refused to consider that the customer may be right. All in all, this papa John franchise needs to lose its right to use the name - genuinely worst service in history!

   We found mould in the base of the pizza. I called the Oadby Papa Johns, they said they'd call me back. They haven't bothered calling me, so I'll be in touch with Leicestershire Food and Hygiene.

   Rude!!! Awful over cooked pizza. Terribly rude Manager, no customer service skills whatsoever, argued with me that pizza left the oven hot and not overcooked, by the time I received it pretty much cold, crust was inedible, meat was crunchy. Asked for a refund but was told that because more than two pieces had been eaten then no refund would be given??? Despicable way to run a business. Sallyann

   First accepted order, then cancelled after 20 mins stating outside of delivery area. If it was outside of the delivery area, the order shouldn’t have been accepted and I would hate gladly place an order elsewhere. Customer service improvement much needed.

   HIT OUR CAR, THEN TRIED TO LEAVE THE SCENE.... Yes, seriously, the driver side swiped our car because he turned too late at the top of the T- junction and actually hit our empty, parked car! He then proceeded to deliver our pizza as if NOTHING HAPPENED, and tried to leave. Our Neighbour caught him! Later we could see it on our doorbell footage and gave that to the insurance company. But it gets WORSE.... so then we start the process of his insurance handling the claim, and then he suddenly withdraws it! So now WE had to pay our policy excess as otherwise we wouldn't know if our car was safe to drive with our children in it! Absolutely AWFUL-- and I equally blame Papa Johns as they took NO responsibility for their 'on the clock' driver who hit a PARKED car (no one inside it), who then tried to leave the scene of the accident! No doubt he is still employed by them, and has suffered NO CONSEQUNCES, only us-- --Update-- may 2022 The man who hit our car still hasn't paid so now it's been given to a solicitor whose going to represent us at small claims court. Will update as required... And by the way, great job hiring a completely unethical individual PAPA JOHN'S!

   I paid 7.99 for a large pizza collection only and it was well worth it. A few times I've tried to take advantage of deals that I get text to my phone but they never give you what the offer is on the text so I rang the shop and they're useless no help and today when I was in the shop ordering my £7.99 pizza it was obvious that the people who work there have no people skills whatsoever they look at you with blank faces when you order I don't think they speak very good English to be fair but if that's the case why have them taking orders ?
