We placed an order with these and as soon as the food came, there was items missing from the order. Rang them and they said they'd add it to the next order. Left it at that and continued to eat the rest of my order, tucking into the chicken from the boneless bucket banquet and found a piece of plastic in the batter. Rang them again instantly and they said they'd offer us a full refund once they've contacted Just Eat. Didn't hear anything so contacted Just Eat ourselves to no avail. They we're unable to do anything told us to contact the restaurant, which we did again. Told us they'd provide us with free food only to then backtrack and offer us a measly Β£10 off the order. Environmental health was contacted and they won't do anything about it as we haven't got the bit of plastic although we provided a picture. Twice now I've received food with plastic in, PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING FOOD!! My daughter could've swallowed it and potentially choked

Food came cold and squashed when rang them up I was told I was lying itβs not there problem if I donβt want it throw it in the bin!! I spent Β£48 in this order and the manager is rude disrespectful and put the phone down I call back and he was rude again and told me not to call back very unprofessional has now customer service skill what so ever. Will not be ordering from them again. Only gave it a 1 start and that because I could give it no stars at all as it wouldnβt let me.

I recently found myself in the area and craving a pizza, which led me to Queens Pizza. The pizza was fresh, but the taste was quite average. The ingredients seemed fresh, and the overall flavor was acceptable. It's clear they put some effort into making a decent pizza for a takeaway joint of this nature. The fries, however, were disappointing. They weren't crispy but rather soggy, which detracted from the meal. While the pizza was okay and I'd possibly eat it again if I happened to be nearby, but definitely wouldn't go out of my way to visit Queens Pizza specifically. The fries definitely need improvement. Overall, it's an average spot if you're in the area and in the mood for a fresh, but not exceptional, pizza.

Scam alert. This review is for Ali. After placing an order from Uber Eats, after 5 minutes, I mistakenly selected that the order had arrived, so I couldn't track the delivery when I called the store. Ali said it had been delivered. So I was confused that it couldn't have been delivered that early. When I checked the camera, I saw nobody in the street. When I called again, Ali picked up and told me I needed to wait, very rudely, so I said it was fine, but you just told me that it had been delivered, so I was a little curious. Then he replied very rudely. I said, "Then you shouldn't check orders properly and shouldn't lie." He said I wouldn't get the order and to contact Uber support, which I did with all the call recordings. When I called a third time to get his name, a lady picked up the phone, and she replied nicely that my order was on its way. I will take this further as we trust this shop, and with this type of person, we as customers can't trust food standards or trust. As our order was sent non vegans instead of vegetarian.see photo

SCAMMERS, DO NOT ORDER FOOD HERE! I ordered two pizzas with uber eats, and when they finished them they called me asking for a postal cose (which they donβt need since the order was made through the app with a location previously selected). Their signal was bad and they didnβt understand a word I said, to later hung up. Called again and they didnβt want to listen, telling me that they didnβt feel like giving me the order. They stopped the call and canceled the order through the app, now I canβt get my money back. DO NOT ORDER HERE BY ANY CHANCE

Ordered on Uber eats as had a discount available. Quick delivery, food arrived quick. Ordered two pizzas. Very nice. Would order again. Only problem was that the pizzas werenβt cut.

Chicken was so horrible I spat it out. Wasnβt southern fried but grey and greasy. The pizzas did not have the right toppings, some we actually paid extra for. Will never ever order from here again.
