   Needs new management delivery times ridiculous, female call handler extremely rude and uncooperative, delivery driver doesn’t knock on the door and according to staff it’s because they don’t want to ‘inconvenience’ other people, so instead they’ll inconvenience their customers by not delivering and wasting the food, I was told the driver left because i ‘didnt bother’ to answer the phone but my phone was in sleep mode since it was late at night, she told me i have to send them a message stating the driver needs to knock on the door. Driver came back, pizza was barely cooked and stone cold, will not order again

   Avoid Avoid Avoid. Been a Customer for afew years. Since the management changed this has me hit and miss. Today ordered a deep pan pizza and received greasy thin crust pizza. When I called the store to get it rectified, person on the phone started arguing that it was deep pan and that he had made pizza which was a lie because moments later He started talking to someone in their native tongue that I speak and asked him (did you make them deep pan). Never the less this was last time I ordered. Please avoid.

   Pizzas are great, but the staff are very unprofessional, I ordered two pizzas and dragon wings with BBQ sauce, first of all the pizzas were great, but when we opened the wings box there was a very foul smell coming from the sauce itself, and we called the customer line and tried to enquire about it not even asking or mentioning a replacement or a refund yet they disconnected our call, because I was speaking in Hindi, I am a regular customer of them every time I go there I talk to them in Hindi, but this is unacceptable, their behaviour was very unprofessional and rude despite me being polite. Never going to order from this place, will not advise anyone to order either.

   I placed an order for a create-your-own pizza. There are no toppings; I can add what I want online. There are no mixed peppers or fresh tomatoes on top, as shown in the pictures.

   Brilliant pizzas , the toppings , cheese and dough were all absolutely high quality and delicious, and prices are fair , I highly recommend these guys . Oh also a 7 or a 9 inch pizza is only £3 !!!!!

   I have recieved wrong order 2 times, I rated lower because of rude and non co-operative behavior of their new staff but I must say the other staff immediately considered my request and sent me a new order, the food taste and quality is at its best but they need to improve their communication about the online orders and I hope the next time I order I wouldn't be disappointed!
