   I ordered a pizza a few weeks ago and I said specifically no peppers, now I have come today to collect my food and on the phone when ordering I specifically said no peppers about 3 times to make sure they don't add it. After collecting my order I see peppers after I said multiple times not to. Communication is poor and unacceptable.

   WORST PLACE TO ORDER FOOD, I COLLECTED MY ORDERED FOOD, 2 PIZZAS & A KEBAB.PAID £17. WHEN I ARRIVED HOME WE NOTICED THE NAN ON THE DONER WAS GREEN, I CALLED THE SHOP BACK TO EXPLAIN, BUT THEY KEPT HANGING UP THE PHONE. PIZZA WAS COLD & HARD. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE, I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO FOOD STANDARDS.

   What a rip off !! 2 for 1 pizzas £14 not bad you would think.you're wrong there tiny and a total con.took hour and a half to get to me on a Monday not even Saturday night when I rang up they said the driver just left he will be 15 minutes.i live 3 miles away I drive there in 5 maximum.when it arrived my 3 year old eat a whole pizza to himself there pathetic

   I never leave reviews. This is my first one. I ordered food an hour ago and it’s still waiting to be approved by the store. I paid £14 for my meal and i wanted to call up and ask for some pizza topping to be removed as i’m allergic. I called 17 times and no one answered. The food never came. They will not even allow me to refund my order as in their words “it is my problem.” Never seen such poor and horrid customer service in my life. Terrible place. I urge everyone not to eat here as the food really isn’t that nice.
