Accidentally ordered from the wrong Royals. They use their own drivers on Just Eat, yet make several stop offset resulting in sweaty/stale food, and over an hour wait time for chicken and chips. Never again. Ever. I should have read the previous reviews warning about this place. Owner doesn't even care. East Park Road Royal is 1000% better.
I bought 3 pizzas for £17, and I was really disappointed. The chicken pizza tasted off – the chicken smelled and tasted very bad. Definitely not worth the money. Won’t be ordering again.
Very good food, but it is the second time I ask for no spicy on my chicken and when I get home the kids cannot eat it because is spicy.
I ordered 2 pizzas from here a magherita pizza and veggie supreme pizza and in the veggie supreme I found strands of hair on it.
I felt really uncomfortable being there due to a female staff member staring and kept catching her giving me dirty looks like I wernt meant to be there due to race etc and had to cook pizza thoroughly at home as vase was too doughy.. I won’t go again hygiene’s isn’t great either
I ordered a fillet burger meal from this place and the burger was cold and undercooked the chilli was cheap they had no variety of drinks and they charged me £6
Worst when you order directly They serve good when you order from Uber eats 30 pound wasted
I initially reviewed this establishment 2 years ago and at the time gave it 2 stars. I've been a few times these past few weeks and can honestly say that the food is fantastic a massive improvement from 2 years ago. The pizzas are really good, the grilled chicken is fabulous full of flavour and cooked to perfection. Even the fried chicken strips are brilliant, crispy beading and soft chicken. I would also recommend their version of the zinger burger... The fillet is humongous... Only thing I'd say it's it's a bit bland without chili do you may ask them to add it out add it yourself. Their grief wings are also amazing. Would definitely recommend and their prices are very reasonable.
