   I was placing an online order on Uppingham Leicester store, selected the deals which is 2 medium pizzas @ £19.99 by the time of check out it comes up with the minimum order of £14.99 but the deal selected was £19.99, and the other messages was please select the promotion code & nothing in the basket, so i call the store for the help, they try from their side and said even we facing the same problem, now to fixed the problem i ask can i still get the deals and pay on cash they said we don’t accept cash on delivery, i have also offered to pay account transfer, they said will call our area manager Mr, Harsh and will get back to you, and guess what they said area manager said we can’t help out with this problem, all I want to say is what poor service from Papa John’s specially the area manager can’t help out in this situation he should not be on this manager post strictly. We do understand there might have problem with the website but in this situation there should be a right person (Manager) to take relevant steps to solve the problem, this type of rude behaviour the business might go down.

   I wish I could give zero stars. The owner needs to address the staff issues, especially the front desk lady, Riya. She refused to give me her name, clearly knowing I'd review her. Her deliberate rudeness towards customers and her own staff created a terrible experience. None of us were satisfied due to her behavior. She desperately needs customer service training. I hope Papa John's takes this seriously and does something about it, as their reputation is on the line.

   I won’t give a 1-star, but the experience was terrible. The taste was disappointing, and although I ordered and paid for a medium size, I was given a small instead. When I called to explain, they refused to acknowledge the issue. I even offered to send a photo as proof, but they declined. I feel completely cheated by this service.

   Ordered pizza for delivery . One hour after, no pizza arrived . Phoned only to be told driver cancelled delivery and no phone call from shop to say this. Shop closed so no pizza. Offered refund . Not good at all

   When somebody orders a "hot buffalo drizzle"... They expect a drizzle, and not a drenching of sauce. I had to pat the pizza down with kitchen towel to absorb all the excess sauce. There was also no garlic butter. I paid extra for garlic and herb/bbq, but didn't get the original sauces. This place used to be so much better.

   Good pizza for a chain and pleasantly surprised when the amount charged was about ten quid cheaper than I thought from the menu. Take out only, so can't comment on 'atmosphere'.

   Good food but they hire terrible staff. I rang 'please can I make a order for delivery ' ' yeahh ' he replies then slams the phone down. 30 minutes of continous ringing since and no answer. They have got my oder wrong before giving me Ben and jerries dairy instead of non dairy to which they said they don't do refunds and as I can't physically eat dairy I had to throw it away. They get confused and the orders wrong when repeating back and the delivery time is very long considering I live down the road.

   I ordered thin mediums and have mentioned to be well cooked. They assured it will be well cooked but when the pizzas arrived it was not well cooked. When I called them to inform that you missed to well cook them, they said thin mediums cannot be over cooked. This should have been conveyed when the order was placed. They also mentioned that the owner has now changed and they work as per their way. I believe it should however not affect the quality. But I was not at all satisfied with the pizzas this time.

   I made an online order back in February and the money was taken out of my account. When I reached the store, it was closed before the closing time. I was promised the money would come into my account in 10days which it did not. Everytime I asked the same thing was said and then excuses made that the delay was because of new owners. A couple weeks ago they said I could order the same order again and it wouldn't be charged. When I went to do this they claimed the money had come back into my account which it hasn't and then changed the story that I'd already claimed the order. Completely ridiculous that something as simple as issuing refund takes this long

   Bought a pizza over a year ago and it was terrible and I ordered it today thinking they must have improved but it was much more terrible then last time - it was really chewy and no taste and fake cheese and dough and topping - didn't taste like pizza at all - really very unhappy actually disappointed - should have got American Pizza or Pizza Hut instead
