Absolutely disgusting! Driver never even attempted to deliver our pizza as clearly shown on our ring doorbell. We contacted the store who sent out a replacement pizza, thank you very much for that, but unfortunately was 2 hours later that we were eating.
Very Bad experience…! We ordered one vegen Pizza and before the order we ask him can you please tell me is that vegen pizza you make it for me is possible to cross contamination ? they said i can’t give you 100% promise, then we think may be here is some problem then we call another dominos in london road Leicester and that guy also said same thing to me, we are not guarantee is 100% vegen for cross contamination vegen is not 100% how Then why dominos put option for vegen I don’t understand Vegen means vegen I am very dissatisfied this service I suggest guys who is vegen don’t buy from there
I have ordered £35 worth of food online, the order did not go through. They have however managed to charge me for the pleasure of making an order. Spoken to store the manager was calm and understanding to the situation however I don't get refunded for 2 to 3 working days so yeah, no pizza for me tonight at a total of £70 if I'm to order and pay again. This is not technically from the store however this store is the one inputted when I made the order. Dominos is huge how can the website make such an error but charge me pathetic.

Ordered a small pizza and garlic bread, waited over an hour for it. The app said it had been delivered and yet I had no pizza, the driver went to the wrong address and it was stone cold on arrival. Phoned up and they tried to get out of sendin a new one but eventually agreed and all of a sudden I had tip quality service where it arrived in 16 minutes. Suppose they didn't want a complaint
Ordered pizza online as normal (Veg and Margarita) however upon arrival the Margarita was over cooked and crispy. Immediately called the store too which they already new the address based on the description of the Pizza. The annoying part is that they knew the pizza was bad and still sent it, that's not what I call quality control. I would have happily waited a little bit longer for right first time, just a courtesy call for the delay and it would've been ok. Store manager sent another one free of charge which arrived in quoted 25 mins as expected (see pictures for comparison). The replacement pizza was spot on however so 3 stars.
Where is the gluten free pizza? Covid doesn't automatically stop celiacs from wanting to eat pizza...
