   I’m very disappointed not only with the quality of the pizza but also with the response from the business. I paid £17.50 for my order, and the receipt was included in my original review – so please don’t accuse me of asking for free food. That’s simply not true. To be completely honest, this was one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. Reviews saying it’s the best in town do not reflect the reality I experienced. Instead of taking feedback seriously, the business chose to respond with false accusations and a defensive attitude. If you truly believe your pizza is the best, you should be open to honest criticism – not trying to silence it with lies.

   I would say this is the most flavourful pizzas I’ve ever had in the Leicester LE4 area. I’ve lived here for almost seven years and have tried many pizza places, but none have been as satisfying as this one—I can’t wait to go back. Last week, I ordered from East Flames, choosing the Meat Feast and Chicken Supreme, both of which were fantastic and packed with flavour. I must say, the Meat Feast truly lived up to its name; it was loaded with meat and generous toppings. My kids loved the pizzas, which was quite a surprise since they’re usually not big fans of pizza around here. Additionally, the owner offered me some sample sauces to try, which paired wonderfully with the pizzas. The pricing is very reasonable, and I especially appreciated the 3 for £18 offer, which is a great value for money. The customer service was lovely—I felt genuinely valued during my visit. This will definitely be one of our regular spots!

   Excellent food at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend the Meat Feast pizza or the halal chicken with spicy rice kebab. Both excellent meals! Update on 2nd Dec. 21: I guess it goes beyond humanity when you see the owner in the street and he opens up early because I needed lunch! I can't praise this place enough, the food is awesome the staff are brilliant.
