   Just got off the phone with them about an order not being delivered and me waiting for if for close to 2 hours. They told me it had been sent back to the store, no phone call or update on the app that it was trying to be delivered mind you. I asked for a refund or a re-delivery and they proceeded to say no we are busy. Only order if you feel like throwing money away.

   As I was in Leicester for work purposes from London and see there incredible deal large pizza £6:99 couldn’t resist as in London the same deal is £10:99 I went in and the staff was lovely very welcoming and attentive and pizza was delicious 5star t the staff

   I got very disappointed. Because I have ordered two topics medium pizza through online (Tandoori chicken and pepperoni). But end up with cheese and tomatoes pizza. I didn't notice until I went to home and ready eat. I didn't get chance to change it because it was midnight after twelve and also finished my work late. So tired and end up having that plain pizza. I am very disappointed and very upset. I had few time from here but this first time I got very disappointed.

   I have just being robbed I normally go to the store and order there today I ordered online the same pizza I usually have but the pizza was half size and more expensive of the same one I normally got when ordering in store the workers said you asked for a personal pizza how comes a personal pizza with same ingredients but smaller in size be more expensive than the medium pizza with bigger size absolutely disgusting!

   Don’t order using Uber Eats — the drivers go through any box that can be opened. I ordered wedges with my pizza and received a half-eaten box. Truly disappointing.

   Ordered a pizza and the driver rang me twice I missed the call. Rang back 2-3 mins later and he wasn't picking up. I phoned the store on London Road to an Indian man who was very rude. He called the driver and he picked up to have my pizza redelivered. 15mins later it was delivered. I ask the driver another Indian man why didn't he pick up and that I rang back and he didn't pick up. He then said he rand me 10 times. And that he was outside for 10mins. I had to check my phone and show he him, mate you phoned me twice, one min apart and I rang u back 2min after the second call. He started to get rude and threatening because I told him he wasn't outside for no 10mins. These people have no manners and want to be in customer service roles. What's the point having staff like this and they're handling our food. The service was quite poor and my pizza was cold. If I could give a minus 100 star rating I would.

   I cancelled an order here in September 2022as it was meant to be placed in Wigston. I called within 1minute of placing it. I was told thats fine and a refund would be processed in 10days. Its now January 2023 and still no refund. When I contact customer services they say they will process a refund but no refund happens. So a few weeks later I’ll contact them again just for them to say the same thing and do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

   Nice pizza, all freshly made, quick and efficient service. Cookies was nice as well just flavour wise I would prefer milk or white chocolate taste over the strong cocoa.

   Considering I live about 5 minutes away (on foot) I don't know how these pizzas were so utterly destroyed by the time they were delivered to my flat, worst pizza delivery I have ever seen. The saving graze was that we kept them and the redelivered fresh pizzas for free, no arguing from the staff, almost as if they knew how bad the first attempt was before we even complained. The fresh pizzas were as expected, decent!
