   I've attached pictures of the description of the loaded fries. It said creamy cheese, but you guys also loaded it with an insane amount of sauce. I'm not sure who told you that it's a good idea, but it's a terrible idea. I couldn't even taste the caramelised onions I paid extra for. What's worse, is you don't say on Uber Eats that you ALSO put burger sauce on the loaded fries. It was so saucy, it put it upside down into a plate just to get some of the drier chips at the bottom. The burger meat was also overcooked. Chips lost all crispiness. The only positive was the portion size. 1 star would be harsh, because this place used to be good. Perhaps add a "would you like your food drenched in sauce?" as an option so people who like that kinda thing can eat like that.

   Food taste is on point however portion not as advertised. Give this place a miss, rip you off. Ordered x2 meals, received in one box with portions decreased, miniature pizza not even 9" slices. Count the fries

   Ordered 3 15” pizzas, and the large portion of ziggy fries. Fast, fresh and absolutely delicious. Service was great, and we enjoyed the garlic herb sauce especially which was given free with other free sauces by the friendly cashier. I had the margarita and tandoori chicken, hot shot and down town special (with chicken instead of beef). Would highly recommend, great value for price. **UPDATE 2 MONTHS LATER** DO NOT BUY THE BEEF OR DWN TWN SPECIAL PIZZA. It smelt so bad could hardly eat. Called up and lady said bring pizza back for exchange of another pizza. Don’t know how old that beef was …

   Best chicken burger in Leicester and one of the best beef burgers. Pizzas also very good, wings are amazing. Generous portion sizes on everything and very reasonably priced. Excellent, friendly service. Top notch.

   Good food, ordered the chicken burger, service was reasonably quick. Very cold in there, so didnt eat in. Get some heating on and will be a nice place. Heard their pizzas are good so will give that a go next time.

   Food was top notch. Portions were of a good size. Facilities were of a high standard. The service I received was very pleasant and the lady (I believe who's the owner), ensured the food was prepared the best she could ensuring everything was fresh and of a good portion. The sauces you can help yourself to were delicious, I couldn't decide which one to dip into so had to take turns as they were all nice! Keep up the great work!
