   Ordered pizza for a party on a Sunday evening from Pizza Palette. I ordered online but the shop was closed when I went at around 6pm... how in the world is their opening times till 2am?! Very disappointed... Also I saw the message about cancelling the order was sent only 10 mins before my chosen collection time.

   Food was horrendous, chips was cold and soggy, garlic bread wasn't even cooked properly had to warm them back up, pizza wasn't very nice how it used to be & cold, coleslaw was a total different colour and tasted sour, and the chicken wings didn't even get 1kg, gor 12 small chicken wings. Won't be ordering from here again

   Order here a lot and today i was given the wrong order. I was told give the pizza back and they tried to drive off without answering where is my food? I gave the food back and called the restaurant. I was then told okay what am i suppose to do? We said this was no acceptable and so he said okay and if you dont shut up i will take longer to make your order. We was not happy with this at all to then find out apparently hes a delivery driver yet he told us hes cooking our food. We was told that he will be sending the order we received to someone else and so someone has food that was in my home and touched by us which is not food safety standards at all! We waited just over 2 hours for our food. Wont order again

   Ordered food at 17.05,was told it will be with me in 1.20hours, call back at 18.25 to be told its just being boxed up and will be on way, 1900 food still not arrived, called back to be told its with the driver and it will be hot when it comes as another 40mins has passed, checked food when it came and it was cold, no apology and when i asked for the manager was told he wasnt there, couldnt give it my children as it was cold and there was meat on the pizza which ment i cant re heat it. The food has obviously been sat in a box for 40mins going cold!! Wanted the food paying for in full when i asked why i should pay for cold food, to be told next time i order they will put in a few sides as extra, food has been sent back and i now have had to make my children wait longer for different food to arrive form some where else, this is not good enough!!!

   Does anyone say pizza??? This place is good lot of variety and good taste, but the guy cutting ur pizza slices has a problem with his ANGLES. Check out the pictures. i feel for anyone sharing this pizza who is last one to pick up a slice

   Ordered 3 vegetarian pizzas but they sent one which was chicken. Whilst they agreed to immediately sent out another one, they did not offer any apology and said ‘these mistakes happen’. I would say that for food outlets this is one of the mistakes that really isn’t acceptable in this day and age and when it does happen you should apologise.
