great food, we came for the £5 flatz pizzas and they’re great value, especially with the meerkat meals on top. great service, Ria was very helpful and friendly, thank you!
Riju provided absolutely amazing service! He was friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The food came out fresh, and he checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. His professionalism and positive attitude really made the visit stand out. Thank you, Riju, for the great experience — definitely coming back!
Alex and Jack were absolutely brilliant, we were a large group of 11 rowdy car enthusiasts (The Forgotten Car Club) who turned up last minute to enjoy some good food! The two servers were dealing with a handful but kept us tame and fed in good time and with smiles all around. These guys deserve a commendation!
We love returning to our favorite Pizza Hut, mainly because of the amazing customer service and friendly team! Sophie always welcomes us so warmly, and Sam is fantastic—the service is always brilliant. The store is spotless, which we appreciate. Sam ensures our food is served perfectly and the hot food and brilliant salad were definite highlights., and it's always a joy to see Sophie and Sam again. It's Sophie and Sam's exceptional service that makes us look forward to coming back!
Not Pizza Hut like it used to be. I really miss the one at Grove Farm Triangle. This Meridian was was just not good. First the assistant saw us walk in and totally IGNORED US. Then another one came and walked passed us, ignoring us. Finally my husband has to walk around near the tills to be noticed. Bad start, as we came to celebrate his birthday (never going there again) finally a girl came over and gave us the table we had booked for 5. We were then told that we had to order and pay for our food using the barcode. (The Internet connection there is totally appalling) after 20-25 mins of trying 5 mobiles to get connection we finally ordered. No one came to tell us where the drinks, salad cutlery etc was. First we had to find everything ourselves. We picked up salad bowls, and had salad whilst waiting.... waiting ...and waiting.... for our Pizzas. By the time the food came on our tables we were sitting there for 1 FULL HOUR, since walking through that door!!!! By that time we were actually full up with the salad and only manged a few slices of pizza, which we all packed and brought back home for the next day. Total waste of hard earned money. They totally WRECKED OUR BIRTHDAY with our friends and caused us embarrassment. Other Pizza huts are so welcoming, with great hospitality and excellent service. Maybe that's why the restaurant was practically empty. Can see this closing down soon. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!
First time I've visited the Meridian Pizza Hut and going during school half term was not the best idea. It's looks worn and grubby and with kids running around screaming & shouting did not make for an enjoyable lunch. We had the buffet which was carnage. Appreciate parents want to teach their children things but they butchered the pizzas for the rest of us. The food preparers couldn't keep up either so there were waits for pizzas to come out and because of that queues of people waiting. Food was average. Can't see myself going back.
It was an OK visit to Pizza Hut. Not much to say. Average. The only problem I can say which was a issue was I had to keep my coat on... it was very cold in there and I didn't feel comfortable in there due to the cold. Constant feel of a draft from somewhere.
Nice place does get very busy. Food good. Eat as much as you like £19 just under. But must keep eye out for fresh pizza coming out.
The manager dismissed us at the door. No smile and uttered "wait here a sec" Then another member of staff served us (she was more friendly) When me and my wife had full size pizza, my child's kids one was burnt (see picture) The manager brought it over and said "do you want this?" Like, why bring us over a burnt pizza if you know there's a chance we won't want it? It's burnt obviously not! We said no, so my child had to wait while we sat with ours going cold (he didn't like the toppings on ours to spicy he just wanted plain cheese) His new Pizza arrived (not burnt this time), they took the old one back without asking. No apology from the manager, no price reduction for inconvenience. No apology from the girl who served us. This was meant to be first day of school celebration for my child. Last time we will eat here. When we left not one apology. Not sure why we were treated different to the other people there. Thumbs down.
The food was too good, staff was also good but manager he was too rude. He was discriminating us, he was criticising us and our country. Because I and my friends were India. Especially he asked you people are from south India and was making fun of our hometown. He started shouting for using mobile. We didn’t expect this from Pizza Hut. We are really disappointed.
