   Delicious food, genuine and friendly owners, and all at a really reasonable price. In the market place, so not a 'restauranty' setting. The owners have a real passion for the food they make, and it comes across in the flavour, generous portion sizes and high quality of each dish. Everything is hand made by them. If you want some to make at home, you can buy their sui mai or dumplings frozen - easy to make at home ans amazing compared to supermarket alternatives.

   We come to Market Harborough mainly for Dim Sum Master. The food is so good it makes you do a happy dance while you eat it. We usually get Xiao Long Bao (amazing), the Chicken Fried Rice with Shrimp Paste (scrummy) and last time we tried the Beef Shank Noodles which was so tasty. The owners are also lovely too.

   Dim Sum Master is a gem! The siu mai was bursting with flavor, perfectly steamed, and a true highlight. The marinated beef shank fried noodles were deliciously savory with just the right texture, and the beef shank noodle soup was comforting and rich. The owners were incredibly warm and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. We’ve found our new favorite Asian restaurant and will definitely be back!

   What an absolute gem in Market Harborough. Dim Sum Master is run by the loveliest husband-and-wife team, and you can taste the care and passion in every dish. We ordered the noodle soup, shin beef noodles, and mushrooms, and every single bite was packed with flavour. The dumplings were honestly some of the best we’ve ever had – so good we even bought a frozen pack to take home. It’s rare to find food that feels both comforting and full of depth like this. You can tell the Dim Sum Master truly puts his heart into the cooking. Supporting a local spot like this feels great, but it’s the food that will keep us coming back every time we’re in town. Such a cool little place – can’t recommend it enough.

   Great place. The BEST beef noodles and chicken curry as well as Dim Sum. All made fresh to order. Beware though, “medium” spice is quite hot - for me anyway!

   Harborough Markets secret sauce! Stumbled across the tasty gem tucked away amongst the food stalls at the Harborough market. The smell instantly drew me in and the owners were extremely friendly. The dim sum small meal selection was a delicious taster of what they had to offer. But the owner was right, this is definitely best served with friends and their master meal. For only £5.50 I received 6 fresh flavoursome dimsum. Can't wait to go back for more!

   Probably the best dim sum in the UK. I've eaten in and had pick up now and it is consistantly amazing. Freshly made by hand every day, I know there's one guy who goes there all the time and they'll make special things just so he doesn't get bored...ask about the specials! Dim sum is traditionally brunch (in case you don't know), go with as many people as possible, order a couple noodle/rice dishes plus as many of the smaller dishes as your eyes can manage. -and don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone! I'm sure if we knew what was in the sausages and burgers we eat it would probably turn us off so try something you wouldn't usually go for. You won't be disappointed. Exceptional dim sum. Bravo.

   This hidden gem in Harborough Market serves a delicious choice of authentic dim sum, steamed dumplings, and a few Chinese soups, rice and noodle dishes. We ordered the special lunch deal for two people. £10 for 18 pieces, which was exceptional value! The owner’s homemade chilli dipping sauce is really tasty and not too spicy. Friendly service and excellent food. Highly recommended!
