   Disgraceful service again, I stopped using them after 10years because of promised delivery times and they were always late, tried to use them again after an absent 2yrs as I was told they had solved this issue and low and behold the same again, the food is great but how they run a business is beyond me

   Simply awful. Been using this place on and off for 30+ years and it had always been the best around. Visited for the first time in a while and I have never been so disappointed. The pizzas taste cheap - the toppings are tasteless and the base/crust are like some kind of plastic - and the garlic bread supremes were floating in grease and basically inedible. Such a shame that this once fabulous place has now become rubbish and hugely expensive to boot. Never going back again for sure.

   Ordered off just eat mid week and they cancelled my £10 order saying they were too busy! I think it was just not worth there time because the order was small! Very bad service

   Spending £19 yet charging me £1.50 for a delivery round the corner ? Sorry another order cancelled and Bradley's frozen pizza, garlic bread with salad for £7. Biancas lose another customer. RE REPLY. A 1 Star review is given when I feel that a buisness doesn't give its customers fair and reasonable value for money. Don't lock horns with me. Especially when I've seen you buying the cheapest cr#p from Aldi.

   While i’ve not had anything from here for a little i’ve been meaning to rate them for ages. I’ve never had any less than exceptional takeaway. The pizza’s are great, and for example if i go to London and have one while i’m there then the benchmark i use is what they’re like compared Bianca’s, and tbh i’ve not had very many that are as nice. I’ll definitely be ordering again soon.

   The pizza is a little expensive when you consider that most other takeaways do 2 4 1. They are, however, very tasty. And it is right next to a lovely park in which you can eat your food. The garlic bread tastes brilliant and as far as I know is unique to this takeaway. The staff are friendly, they once gave me a pizza that another customer failed to collect
