   30/10/2025 had a lovely meal, two of us, poppadoms for starters, a couple of cobras each, I had a chicken balti, pilau rice and garlic naan. The food was exceptionally good. Tasty, warm and the service was quick and friendly. Would definitely return.

   Very disappointed in Avatar restaurant Market Harborough tonight. Usual chaos trying to get in the door as they always over book, to the extent that my disabled wife had to wait outside. 12 of us, my food came out first which was cold, and a good 20 minutes before the last course came out. Our bill was £500 so I asked about the free birthday shots of port, which we were charged £78 for. I won't be returning in a hurry.

   No wonder this Indian restaurant is so highly rated across leicestershire As long as you try it once You will definitely understand and fall in love with it! Note that the taste of different curries is really different And it says it’s spicy, so you must believe it! In addition to the normal menu, it provides set meals every day Excellent value for money The portions are plenty and there are so many choices! So many that it will annoy you... The food looks and tastes great! Meet friends and family for a meal You will definitely come back with a full load!

   This is only indian I would dream of going too when I am back from Florida visiting family, I am a expat who's lived in the U.S. for over 10 years. The experience is always wonderful, every dish is excellent and great service. Actually went three times in a 8 day visit this time! I don't think you will be disappointed. Back visiting family three times this year and again the only Indian restaurant I want to go to, every time is wonderful.

   Never had a bad experience here. My latest dine in experience was busy and loud but the food and service didn’t suffer as a result. The Lamb Lababdar is tasty and hits all the spots of creamy, spicy and a hint of sweetness. I’m glad I was recommended to try it from someone else! Service is good and polite, I will be back.

   You would have to go a very long way to find another Indian restaurant as good as Avatar. We’ve been coming here for years, and it’s actually getting even better. The recent refurbishments look great; modern and inviting. The staff are fantastic, and you can tell that the manager really cares about the restaurant and works very hard to make sure you’re enjoying yourself. The unique “Chef’s specialty” dishes are delicious and well worth trying. Can’t recommend highly enough!
