Worst Aldi I have ever visited. No one manning the tills. Had to use self serve with a full trolley. The manager should be ashamed. Woeful experience which I will never repeat. Will not be using that Aldi again
She here regularly, very clean store, friendly helpful staff .all good .

Nice big shop, never too crowded. Got a great range of stock in which is always fresh and plenty of different options. I personally prefer this Aldi to any of the others around Leicester and Loughborough. I took my basket out to place the items in my car as I forgot the bags and an alarm went off that loud it almost gave me a heart attack! More embarrassed than anything. Other than this, great shop!
Lots of parking in a pretty spacious carpark. Store itself is light and airy, really clean and spacious. Shelves seem to be always well stocked and staff are friendly and polite. Great value, good quality food, just like any other Aldi
I never used to like shopping in Aldi however this store has been completly rebuilt, it is a little bigger and seems a lot more spacious. The car park is also bigger making it far easier to park. As before the choice of products varies in number and quality and most of the 'staples' are the same as the competitors. Other products particularly their own brand products are much cheaper, though the quality varies. I have tried only a few so far but several have become my favorites and are, in my opinion, better than I used to get in Sainsburys at a much higher price. It all comes down to taste of course. One other feature of this new store are the self service tills, I used to hate the huge checkout queues and the rushed experience when it is finally your time! Now I use these self service tills, no rush, no queues and a friendly helpful member of staff when it all goes wrong!!!
Visited the sparkly new store in Syston. Really nicely done refurb, new chillers with energy saving doors and the usual "centre aisle " of special offers. Great!
Since refurbishment the store is a great one to shop at. Produce kept fresh and cool behind doors is very good but still leaves accessibility issues with reach, narrow entrances and unlabelled fire escapes, detrimental to comments made on planning permissions.
Somehow, this branch appears to be slightly bigger, more spacious than typical Aldi store. Apart from that, same as others in terms of assortment on offer, quality and value for money. Spacious car park. Good customer service. I liked the self checkout tills layout.
